No Physical location, just a pickup point in Nairobi CBD.

It’s super-easy to place your order.

Step 1: Identify a Product, and place an order.
Step 2: Make full Payment via our Paybill.
Step 3: We pack and drop at the pickup point (Same day).
Step 4: Collect your order.

1. Within Nairobi and its environs:
(i) Via rider- Full payment on delivery
(ii) Via parcel services- Full payment before delivery.
(iii) Via courier company- Delivery fee paid upfront, product fee on delivery.

2. For other parts of the Country:
(i) Via parcel services- Full payment before delivery.
(ii) Via courier company- Delivery fee paid upfront, product fee on delivery.

Yes we deliver countrywide, with same-day delivery within Nairobi and it’s environs, and next-day delivery countrywide.

We have a 7-day return policy for all our products. In case of a defective product, we’ll do an exchange. Please refer to our return and exchange policy

Yes! We’ll deliver wherever you are for FREE!

No. Just an exchange with the same product, or a different item within the same price range.

*Please note that the above is applicable only if:
1. We delivered the wrong item, not what you ordered for.
2. Wrong attributes of the item, e.g. color or specifications
3. The item is broken and doesn’t function as advertised
