We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging
An exchange can only be done if we delivered the wrong item, the wrong attributes of the item, e.g. color, or the item is broken and doesn’t function as advertised.
1.2 Return Procedure
Contact customer service within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
Provide order number and/or item(s) details, specifying reason for return (e.g., defective, wrong color, not as advertised).
Await confirmation on return approval.
Bring or ship in the item(s) to be exchange.
We ship back an exchange.
